The Body Options Seminars and Training-Workshop Program is part of our commitment to a step by step support to our students towards establishing their career and business here and abroad. Body Options Free Seminars are open to all. The two-hour free seminar includes: (1) spa video presentation; (2) medical massage lectures; (3) basic demonstration of selected touch therapy modalities.
None. The seminars are absolutely free! You need not enroll in the paid Training Workshops nor buy any product to avail of the free seminars.
The free seminars are sponsored by (1) Body Options' affiliate spas, hotels and resorts; (2) Body Options' local and foreign graduates, and (3) local and foreign employment agencies.

We do not normally give certification for the free seminars. Level-1 Certification is granted to regular enrollees of Body Options Training-Workshop Programs, while Level-2 Certification is granted by TESDA (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority) upon passing the National Certificate Examination in Massage Therapy.
